Mental health therapist position Overview

Radiant Mind Wellness, based in Midvale, Utah, is seeking part-time and/or full-time mental health professionals to join our team.

We offer a W-2 hybrid position with in-person office space and support for virtual sessions.

Candidates either provisionally licensed as CSW or ACMHC, or fully licensed as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT in Utah, are encouraged to apply.

Professional Development opportunity

In house supervision / consultation: Attachment, Complex trauma, dissociation

This position is particularly suited for professionals eager to advance their skills in the holistic treatment of Attachment Wounds, Complex Trauma and Dissociative Disorders and provides in-house supervision and consultation opportunities.

Applicants will have access to supervision and/or consultation in the treatment of Attachment Wounds, Complex Trauma, and Dissociative Disorders, guided by our Clinical Director Kate Wingard, LCMHC, ATR-BC.

Kate is a Board-Certified Registered Clinical Art Psychotherapist, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and an EMDR Consultant-In-Training (CIT). Her broad expertise in evidence-based and holistic practices, such as Clinical Hypnosis, Ego State Therapies, and Somatic Therapies enriches our integrative approach.

Requirements & qualifications

  • Valid Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT.

  • Compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

  • Availability to provide minimum 15 (PT) – 25 (FT) clinical sessions per week.Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostics.

  • Capacity to provide Telehealth-compliant therapy.

  • Training or willingness to train in trauma-informed care.

  • Dedication to our inclusive values and practices.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based and integrative mental health care for individuals, couples, family, group sessions.

  • Foster a supportive relationship with clients.

  • Ensure timely communication with clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring documentation is completed within the business week

  • Work in tandem with healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

  • Address client emergencies and safety concerns promptly.

  • Commit to professional growth and best practices.
