Do you provide teletherapy or in-person therapy?

We offer virtual and in-person therapy to individuals within the state of Utah.

We understand that everyone has different preferences. That's why we offer the flexibility of both virtual sessions, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own home, as well as in-person sessions, providing the opportunity for a more direct and personal connection. Whether you prefer the convenience of online sessions or the sense of being in the same room, we are here to explore and discover what fits best for your experience.

Please contact for more information regarding virtual or in-person services.

How often do we meet?

The duration of our work together in clinical mental health counseling is flexible and individualized based on your specific needs and goals. We adapt our approach to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey, whether it's your first time seeking support or you've been on this path for a while. It is our privilege to work with you at any stage of your process.

Most therapy sessions are 53 minutes long, and occur weekly.

Many of my clients notice a positive change within 3-6 months of working together.

ARE THERE ANY CLIENTS YOU DO NOT WORK WITH?

  • A key element of growth in mental health therapy is the element of the therapeutic alignment. If your clinician’s scope of practice or the therapeutic alignment do not support your healing and growth, we will provide referrals to additional providers.

  • We do not current work with children or adolescents.

  • We do not accept new clients who are currently experiencing active suicidal ideation with intent and plan. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, there is Support and there are Resources. Please call 801-587-3000 (Utah Crisis Line), 1-800-273-8255 (Lifeline, National Crisis Line).

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the 48-25 hour time frame results in a half session fee charge. Failure to cancel within the 24 hour time frame results in a full session fee charge. Please note, insurance providers do not cover late cancellation or missed session fees. Each individual is still responsible for payment of these fees.

We am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can present to your insurance. If you aim to seek partial reimbursement from your insurance company, we suggest you to call your insurance carrier before your first therapy session and ask:

  • If your insurance company will accept superbills from out-of-network providers

  • How much your insurance company will reimburse for sessions

  • If you have a deductible you must meet before being reimbursed

For prospective clients, we would be happy to discuss more information about services and financial investment opportunities during an initial phone consultation. Please reach out.
