  • Trauma often arises when you encounter something that overwhelms your ability to cope, whether it's a single event or a sequence of experiences.

    Remember, trauma is a personal experience, and its effects can vary from person to person.

    Most therapy sessions are 53 minutes long, and occur weekly.
