  • The duration of self-esteem therapy varies for each person.

    Some individuals may start experiencing positive changes in just a few sessions.

    Others may desire and benefit from a longer therapeutic journey.

    As we embark on therapy together, we will openly discuss this matter and consistently touch base on it throughout our therapeutic journey.

    Your individual needs and goals will guide the duration of therapy.

    Most therapy sessions are 53 minutes long, and occur weekly.

    Some individuals prefer 90 minute sessions for EMDR Therapy and Clinical Art Psychotherapy.
